Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us within 1 hour of completing the checkout process.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns policy outlined below.
Unwanted Items & Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or no longer wish to keep the item, please contact our Customer Service team through the “Contact Seller” or “Ask a Question” option so we can assist you promptly.
Please contact us immediately if:
• You have changed your mind and would like to request a return
• Your product arrived damaged during transit
• You wish to make a warranty claim (Terms & Conditions apply)
• You are not satisfied with the product you purchased
Easy Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our returns process is simple and straightforward.

• Please wait for return instructions before sending any items back to ensure your return is processed correctly
• If you have changed your mind or the item is not faulty, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
• If an order is cancelled while already in transit, the original delivery charges may be deducted from your refund
• Returned goods must be received by our Returns Department within 30 days of return authorization
