Easy Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:
- Simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and we’ll guide you through the return process step by step.
- Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back, so we can make sure your return is handled quickly and correctly.
- If you’ve simply changed your mind or there’s no fault with the item, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
- If your order is cancelled while it’s already on its way to you, the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please note goods must be received by our Returns Department within 30 days from authorization. We are unable to accept returns of UnWanted and non-faulty items after the 30 days.
